We are not responsible for delays caused by failed or incomplete payments.
5. Order Process

- You approve the final digital proof
- Full payment has been received
Proof Approval
Once approved, no changes can be made, and we are not liable for:
- Spelling errors
- Incorrect sizes
- Low-resolution artwork
- Design inaccuracies provided by the customer
6. Production & Turnaround Time
- Production times begin after proof approval and payment
- Estimated turnaround times are guidelines only and not guaranteed
- Delays may occur due to material availability, high demand, or external factors
We are not responsible for losses arising from production delays.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk transfers to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because our products are custom-made, the following applies:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- We do not accept returns for custom products unless faulty or incorrect due to our error
- If a defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic evidence.
